Riots mayhem planned at ‘secret’ meet: Delhi Police

The chargesheet in the Delhi riots conspiracy case has concluded that a “secret meeting” held on the midnight of February 16-17 at Chand Bagh was the “genesis” of several brutal murders, including that of head constable Ratan Lal and Intelligence Bureau (IB) staffer Ankit Shar ma.
