Boney Kapoor collaborates with Bayview Projects for a state-of-the-art Noida International Film City
Filmmaker Boney Kapoor, in collaboration with Bhutani Infra-backed Bayview Projects, officially took possession of land for the much-anticipated Noida International Film City on Thursday. This ambitious project, planned across 1,000 acres, will see the first phase developed on 230 acres in Sector 21, along the Yamuna Expressway. The initial phase is estimated to cost Rs. 1,510 crore and is expected to be completed within eight years. Arun Vir Singh, the CEO of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), expressed that the vision of Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to create an international film city is gradually becoming a reality. Bayview Projects had previously signed a concession agreement with YEIDA on June 27, 2024, marking a significant milestone in the development process.
